Plant-Based Diet Coaching: 1 Month


One month of weekly support via phone or Zoom for those making a transition to a plant-based diet or seeking help with the vegan eating and cooking they are already doing.



For those wanting help in adjusting their current daily meals, whether transitioning to a plant-based diet for the first time or optimizing a vegan diet to make it more healthy, five sessions of support can help you move ahead with confidence. (Note: Planted Platter does not provide medical advice; you should speak with your health care provider before changing your diet or fitness activities.)

  • Finding time to cook vegan meals
  • Struggling with friends and family accepting your new plant-based lifestyle
  • Wondering how to dine out and find healthy menu options
  • Building your knowledge and skills around plant-based meal prep and kitchen organization

The 1-month plant-based coaching package includes:

  • One 60-minute initial consultation to discuss goals, your health, food, cooking, and more
  • Four 30-minute Zoom or phone calls to discuss progress and resolve hurdles
  • Resource packet, including health information, plant-based pantry guide, and recipes
  • Email or text communications in between sessions
