1-MONTH VEGAN COACHING PACKAGE
For those wanting help in adjusting their current daily meals, whether transitioning to a plant-based diet for the first time or optimizing a vegan diet to make it more healthy, four sessions of support can help you move ahead with confidence. (Note: Planted Platter does not provide medical advice; you should speak with your health care provider before changing your diet or fitness activities.)

- Finding time to cook vegan meals
- Helping friends and family to accept your new plant-based lifestyle
- Figuring out how to dine out and find healthy menu options
- Building your knowledge and skills around plant-based meal prep and kitchen organization
- Optimizing your plant-based nutrition
The 1-month plant-based coaching package includes:
- One 60-minute initial consultation on Zoom or telephone to discuss wellness goals, food preferences, cooking experience, and more
- Three 30-minute Zoom or phone calls to discuss progress and resolve hurdles
- Follow-up after each session with additional resources, experts, recipes, etc.
- Email or text communications in between sessions, as needed
