Regular conversations provide support to those making a transition to a plant-based diet or seeking to overcome a particular challenge related to plant-based eating and cooking. Includes free admission for one year to Planted Platter’s group classes.



Making the transition to a healthy, plant-based (vegan) diet can be overwhelming as you first start out. Let’s simplify your change to plant-based eating by working together! This bundle ensures you get started in the right direction as you begin a plant-based lifestyle.

If you are already plant-based but having difficulty, this vegan coaching support can get you back on track. (Note: Planted Platter does not provide medical advice; you should speak with your health care provider before changing your diet or fitness activities.)

  • Finding time to cook vegan meals
  • Struggling with friends and family accepting your new plant-based lifestyle
  • Wondering how to dine out and find healthy menu options
  • Building your knowledge and skills around plant-based meal prep and kitchen organization

The 3-month plant-based coaching package includes:

  • One 60-minute initial consultation to discuss goals, your health, food, cooking, and more
  • Ten 30-minute Zoom or phone calls to discuss progress and resolve hurdles
  • Email or text communications in between sessions
  • Resource packet, including health information, plant-based pantry guide, and recipes
  • Free admission for you for one year to any of Planted Platter’s group classes
