  • Food for Life plant-based cooking classes that offer an overview of whole food, vegan cooking, including recipe demonstrations and specific resources for those with diabetes, cancer, obesity, heart disease, and other chronic health conditions
  • Individualized coaching (via phone/Zoom/email) for a personal focus on plant-based eating/cooking and overall wellness:
  • Planted Platter speakers that provide community presentations on the benefits of whole-food, plant-based eating
  • Personal plant-based kitchen consultations and grocery shopping trips 
  • In-home plant-based cooking parties for small groups
