Planted Platter takes a comprehensive approach to improving health through plant-based eating. We provide coaching and classes for individuals, plant-based advisory and promotion packages for restaurants and food service operations, and on-the-job programs for employers to use to improve the health of their workforce.

While we are located in Saratoga Springs, New York, about 30 miles north of the state capital in Albany, we are eager to use technology to connect with people who are farther away. Don’t let distance get in the way of adopting a plant-based diet! The majority of our in-person events on plant-based eating will be held in the Albany-Schenectady-Troy-Saratoga-Lake George region of New York state.
