Kickstart Your Health (5-class series)


Tuesday evenings, April 27, May 4, 11, 18, and 25 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time


This five-class series, Food For Life: Kickstart Your Health, explains why a plant-based diet can be effective in improving overall health and gives participants a chance to try it out for a few weeks. Each session will include a video segment, question/answer time, and different recipe demonstrations.
